NO GIRL LEFT BEHIND FOUNDER and CEO
Hi, I'm Kiki Rozema!I have a Master of Education in Multidisciplinary Leadership and I taught junior high for 15 fabulous years. I have dabbled in Life Coaching and Professional Photography, but my true passion and purpose is in helping others recognize and believe in their worth in this world. I want girls and women to be understood and heard, and creating empowerment from within means we (as women) can spread that like wildfire! No Girl Left Behind evolved when my 3-day Empowerment Camp for Girls became too big to host just once a year, so I've created this event to reach more girls and women. My hope is to grow our event across Canada and into the US.

RICKI BARRETT
BOARD MEMBER, PRESENTER
Ricki is a mother, wife, and business babe who uses her two jewellery brands, Glass House Goods and Our Girls, to spread messages of empowerment to women and girls!
Ricki is a Child & Youth Worker, working in a high school setting, and she is passionate about feminism and helping others to find and value their worth. This is illustrated in the work she does with students on a daily basis; running empowerment groups for teens and creating two jewellery brands that promote strength, friendship, and honesty among women.

ALLY STONE
PRESENTER
Ally Stone has been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years. During that time, she's been integral to developing 15 successful businesses and teams. Basing her leadership style on what she has come to call “Inspired Leadership”, her approach elevates team thinking beyond everyday problems and obstacles, building instead on quality in group and individual connection for lasting effect. This has created a culture of engaged, emerging leaders in her organization that many admire and emulate.
Ally shares these insights with organizations and leaders through The Inspired Leader. She has worked with thousands of leaders from all levels of organizations diving into her framework of Inspired Leadership. She now facilitates Workshops, Seminars and delivers Keynotes that inspire and motivate.
Ally is also a certified Meditation Teacher, a Heart Math Resilience Mentor, and an ICF Certified Coach. She lives an active lifestyle and loves yoga, biking, hiking, and spending time with her 2 dogs. She currently lives in Edmonton.

DUSTY SAGE
PRESENTER
Dusty has been a teacher in the Grande Prairie Public School District for 21 years. In her spare time, she can be found completing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration. She is also the first ever female Team President in the Alberta Football League (AFL), for a senior men’s team called the Peace Country Cowboys.
Dusty is a proud Métis woman and has found passion in teaching and sharing from an Indigenous pedagogy. She is the Chairperson of the Indigenous Education Committee through the ATA, and volunteers as a mentor teacher at Charles Spencer High School for Indigenous Education.

Jiordana Saade is a TEDx speaker and global expert in eating behaviour and the human relationship to food. As a clinical nutritionist, Jiordana uses her background in behavioural psychology and hypnosis to facilitate a mind-body connection and help women live a life of food and weight freedom. Jiordana works with women all over the world using her signature program “The Mind-Full Method™” to help facilitate permanent changes around eating behaviours and reprogram the nervous system to end self-sabotage. Jiordana’s mission is to revolutionize the weight loss industry so we can let go of guilt and shame and develop a loving relationship with the #1 thing that keeps us alive (food!).

Alethea Crimmins, the globally acclaimed "positivity queen" and self-proclaimed "international hype girl", has become a beacon of inspiration with a colossal online following exceeding two million devoted supporters. Alethea extends her positive impact through various avenues, including hosting the podcast "Pimpin Positivity with Alethea Crimmins". Her reach extends to corporate conferences, where she serves as a keynote speaker, delivering compelling messages of wisdom, positivity, and empowerment to diverse audiences. In addition to her role as a life coach and entrepreneur, Alethea's journey is underscored by her passion for music, with a penchant for singing and performing in a reggae band. With a 15-year career in education molding the minds of preschool students, she brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to her motivational journey. Alethea's commitment to family is deeply rooted, having created her own after overcoming rejection from blood relatives. Embracing qualities that others sought to bury, she transforms personal pain into a powerful sense of purpose.
