Kiki Rozema

Kiki is the founder of the No Girl Left Behind Empowerment Event Ltd, and her passion for empowering others is evident in each event. 2025 is a special year for the event, as we move into the U.S.
Kiki received a nomination for the RBC Women of Influence in 2024, has a master’s degree in education, specializing in Multidisciplinary Leadership. As a former junior high teacher, Kiki has the knowledge and skills to teach others how to be empowered. Each year, she chooses a new theme to focus on for the event, and in 2025 it’s SELF WORTH and CONFIDENCE.
After writing an empowerment book for girls and another for women, Kiki knew it was tine to do more. She created a 3-day empowerment camp for girls, and it quickly sold out within hours of registration. When the camp became bigger than the facility, she decided to create an event that would impact girls and women immediately and would have long-lasting results.
Mowgli, Kiki’s registered therapy dog, joins her in volunteering at local schools and hospitals to provide comfort for those in need.
When she isn’t working on the event, Kiki enjoys substitute teaching and spending time travelling and boating in the Shuswap with her husband and 2 sons.
