Women's Activity - Presentation by Jen Edwards - During your time with Jen, she will discuss our nervous systems and physiological reactions, and you will learn about journaling to create agency and develop an understanding of how our bodies react to outside triggers. You will learn about guided breathing and how to use your yoga practice to release tension and emotional blockages - providing you with long-term healing tools to carry with you.

Girl's Activity - Presentation by Shelley Hoffos - Shelley will guide participants through engaging discussions and creative activities designed to help them develop a strong sense of self, embrace their unique qualities, and foster meaningful connections with others.

11:15 AM

Women's Activity - Inner Agni Workshop with Ally Stone; a transformative experience designed to provide participants with the tools to embrace their uniqueness, find their voice, deepen their relationships, and radiate confidence. Ally will work to create a safe space for you to share and connect with like-minded people and assist you in developing stronger self-love, discovering the power of your inner fire (Agni), learning strategies to navigate challenges with grace, and so much more.

Girl's 8-11 Activity - Presentation by Ashley Driedger - In your time with Ashley, you will be exploring how relationships impact our "Crucial C's"- connection, courage, feeling capable, and knowing we count. You will be making a "Celebrating Me" box full of take-home items that can remind you how loved, important, brave, and capable you are. If an adult is attending the event with a child, they will be provided with supplemental handouts with questions to reflect on their own Crucial C's, and ways they can support developing their child.

Girl's 12-15 Activity - Presentation by Jen Edwards - During your time with Jen, she will discuss our nervous systems and physiological reactions, and you will learn about journaling to create agency and develop an understanding of how our bodies react to outside triggers.

Women's Activity - Presentation by Raedawn - Raedawn offers you a transformative experience through a guided hypnosis meditation; a journey where each woman in the room will have the opportunity to shed the weight of their past and connect with the highest version of themselves.

Girls' Activity - Presentation by Dusty - We are daughters, sisters, and aunties. In time, we may become mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers. Girls become women and women become warriors. Differences make us all special and unique, but all women have immeasurable power. We are life givers and/or nurturers who hold the tiny eggs to all existence. Come on a journey with Dusty Sage to learn about the power of women from an Indigenous perspective. She is a storyteller, she will share about moon time, and smudging, and play a few songs on her Native Love Flute for you. As a Métis woman who embraces her Cree ancestry, she deeply respects all cultures and simply wants to share a piece of her spirit with you.

1:30 PM

Women - Presentation by Kiki Rozema - Kiki will guide women in a letter-writing exercise. You will be prompted to write down your feelings and thoughts. This letter can be to yourself, your daughter, or your mother. All 3 of these relationships are imperative to our growth as women.

Girls 8 to 11 - Presentation by Jen Edwards - During your time with Jen, she will discuss our nervous systems and physiological reactions, and you will learn about journaling to create agency and develop an understanding of how our bodies react to outside triggers.

Girls 12 to 15 - Presentation by Ashley Driedger - Being a teen is an incredibly vulnerable and developmentally critical time in our lives. It's not surprising that relationships are vital, but also tough for teens, especially with themselves. We will spend our time exploring core values and self-compassion. Through an engaging and creative activity, this session is designed to highlight the importance of recognizing and honoring our own values in relationships, and how to validate and empower ourselves when things are tough.
